William Simi has spent the last 20 years assisting businesses and other organizations develop greater success and profitability. In providing business advisory services, Bill believes that great service begins with good listening – “At  CPA Corporation we bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, as well as, a wide range of tools and methodologies. This discovery process through which we identify the problems and challenges that are unique to the client’s situation is what enables us to craft a solution that truly meets the client’s needs and accomplishes what is most important to them.”

As a Certified Public Accountant with a respected regional accounting firm, he has provided a wide range of accounting, tax, audit and consulting services to a diverse client base including businesses, nonprofit organizations and governmental agencies. His extensive experience includes expertise in all areas of accounting, audit, financial reporting and disclosure, taxation of business entities and exempt organizations, the design and evaluation of internal controls and business processes and strategic performance management for both commercial and nonprofit organizations.

Bill has been an active member of the Arts and Business Council of Sacramento for the last 10 years and has been an advisor and consultant to various nonprofit performing arts organizations. He currently serves as an advisory member of the council’s board of directors. Bill is also known as an accomplished teacher and speaker and has conducted seminars, interactive workshops and training programs for business owners, managers and other professionals.

Bill received his undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University and completed his post graduate education from the California State University, Sacramento, Golden Gate University, San Francisco and the Center for Strategic Performance Management.
